Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

INVICSA AIRTECH, S.L. (hereinafter, INVICSA AIRTECH) is the PERSON RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter RGPD), and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD).

What personal data do we process?

The data processed and the purpose for which they are processed will depend on each processing of personal data.

The data requested in the contact tab are those necessary to be able to deal with the request. The data requested are:

Student Campus

INVICSA AIRTECH offers a restricted access campus on its website for all students, after formalising their relationship with the entity. If the User identifies unauthorised access by a third party to his/her personal space on the Website, he/she should report it as soon as possible so that the appropriate measures can be taken. INVICSA AIRTECH, S.L. accepts no liability to Users for access by third parties to passwords or personal space on the Website for reasons not directly attributable to them.

Social Media

INVICSA AIRTECH has a profile on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for commercial and informative purposes. The aforementioned social networks will access those personal data that each User has provided to the social network, and in any case, they will be processed for the purpose of answering queries, questions or other activities specific to the social networks, the legal basis being the consent of the User. INVICSA AIRTECH does not obtain data from social networks for marketing purposes.

In addition, this Website may process images and/or voice of employees and/or students who have been informed and have given their consent for such purposes.

What do we process your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial and/or professional relationship with the user. The operations envisaged to carry out the processing are:

Manage and comply with the contracts signed or the relationship with Users and/or clients (training, visits to the facilities, etc.).
Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial and/or informative communications to be made. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. Why may we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

How long will we keep your personal data?

They shall be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or there are legal requirements dictating their safekeeping and when no longer necessary for that purpose, they shall be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or their total destruction.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to deal with their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The RESPONSIBLE informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the RGPD, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY may change this Policy at any time, informing the date on which it was last updated. If there have been significant changes it will attempt to alert the User where possible.
